At the Red Rock Grill the traditions of the American south meet
the traditions of the south of France . Vibrantly colored walls donned with the
art of local artists, warm lighting and our make your own tablecloths help
create an inviting and comfortable setting for business dinners, special
occasions, or just a late supper for a weary traveler.
Since opening, The Red Rock Grill has served a menu based on
the classic American experience, with a constantly changing selection of Chef
Specials formed by classic
techniques and incorporating the foods of the local region. Locally grown organic produce, and sustainably raised poultry, beef, lamb and
game are the foundations of the dishes created by Chef Wolfgang Poe.
